A child born on Good Friday and baptized on Easter will have the gift of healing. Bread and cakes baked on Good Friday are said to not go moldy. Eggs laid are also said not t go bad. Hot crossed buns baked on this day are said to be magical. If you keep it for a year it will not go moldy. They were also taken on ships to prevent shipwrecks. If you get your hair cut today you will not have toothaches for the rest of the year.
Remember to take some time to be think about the sacrifices that Jesus made for us today.
