Last night while walking my dog I noticed a huge ring around the moon. It was my first time observing such a thing. In folklore rings around the moon are a sign of bad weather coming. Just like with a red sky there is some scientific explanations to show that this can be true. It was for me. We have rain today and snow predicted later in the week. The number of stars visible within the ring is suppose to indicate how many days you have to wait before the weather hits.
