Spirit week is almost gone. Today was Class Color Day! In honor of it I'll take a look at my class color which this year is the color blue. Go 07!

Blue is a universal and natural color. It's calming effect can make time pass by swiftly and it is also good to help one sleep. It is significant in a lot of religious beliefs. It helps promote peace and keep bad spirits away. Blue can show confidence and importance in a positive light. Darker shades are associated with intelligence, unity , stability, and conservation. That is why it is used a lot in the corporate world. Sometimes blue can be associated with strong emotions such as sadness and depression. This are extreme aspects of its calming nature.
