Today my NJROTC (navy junor reserves officers in training corps) had the PIR (pass-in-review)...well at first everything was great....i got inspected on my ROTC uniform and done great...then it was time 4 the long waiting period in which we were 2 practice for the 16th count manual (something really cool we do with a rifle if preformed right)....well practicing we did great....but at the PIR we had 2 stand the whole time...the platoon leaders were suppose 2 b switching our positions so we dont get cramps, light-headed, dizzy, or worst...FAINT....well we stood at attention (feet 2gether and our hands at our sides *standing still*) 4 over 20-30 mins....in a hott gym....wearing black uniforms...w/ bright lights beaming down on us....well....1 after another freshmen were passing out and hitting the floor and some were just faking it just 2 get out of standing up the whole time....but about 4-5 mins later i started 2 feel light-headed and i started swaying back and forth like i was gonna fall down....Still standing at attention, i slightly leaned on my rifle and took deep breaths until i could realize wut was going on around me....i realized that the girl 2 my left and the girl behind me was gone....found out the they both were about 2 faint and they ran out b4 anyone could see...but the first girl that passed out, passed out right when the inspector was telling everyone how great we looked and then !!BAM!!...a HUGE thud....but yeah...after the whole thing i when 2 my homeroom class and on the way out of my homeroom class 2 go call my mom 2 pick me up i saw 1 of my friends going down the hall in a wheelchair...*she was 1 of the 1s that fainted* and i asked her if she was alright and she gave me a hug and made me feel alittle better...but yeah i went on home and i found my cat trapped in the laundry hamper...but yeah i'm getting tired i'm going 2 bed...LATA!!!!
