So I've actually had to ask one of my friends to go to school. Like, he was about to decide that he just wasn't going to go to school anymore and his reasoning for that was "School just isn't for me." Surprisingly, I actually hear that a lot. What people don't understand is that when you go to school, you're going to get what you ask for. If you sit in class and BS the whole time, you're going to get out of it what you put in it. In order for your teachers to help you, you have to want the help. You have to know what it is you need for your future and actually put time in it. Just like with anything else. If you don't think school is for you, but you like to draw, skate, sing, play instruments, etc. If you don't put time into that, you're not going to get very far with it. So the next time you go to a class and you say something like "This is too hard." or "I can't understand this." think about how hard you're really working. Are you asking questions? Are you getting input from other people? There are many different ways for people to succeed in things. Just try.
Sincerely,
