Selection


"Welcome General Yamamoto!" The teacher greeted all the 13 people from the Gotei 13.
"Are your students ready for the selection?" The old battle scared man asked as they walked don the hall.
"Ready as ever,Sir."

Yamamoto turned around and looked at his men. He had let the Captains select who was going to go and participate in the training selection. He, and his fellow Captains ,Soifon, Unohana, Shunsui, Tosen, and Ukitake went. Along with Third Division's ,Chi, Division five's Hinamori, Six's Renji, Seven's Iba, Ten's Matsumoto, Elevens Ikkaku, and Twelve's Nemu. It was a strange bunch of people but he guessed thier Captains had a better reason to send them.

"So Chi, What was Captain Ichimaru's excuse to send you." Matsumoto nudged her.
"He said there as something he had to do with Captain Aizen.What about you?"Chi lifted her head and smiled.
"Heh, Captain Hitsugaya said 'Its would be wise for me to go. Its better than having you be lazy around here.' "
Chi smiled as they walked down the hall to the classroom full of students.

"Hey, Ikkaku." Renji was walking next to Ikkaku and Iba.
"Yeah."
"Whats your excuse for coming?"
"Theres no excuse. I wanna find the toughest twerp and beat them to a pulp."
"Really now....."Iba sighed. "That sounds about right, coming from you ,Maderame."
Ikkaku smirked and griped his sword.

That was when they reached the classroom.General Yamamoto turned to his men,"Allright, here are the orders for the selection.Make sure the student is worthy of your selection.Also, have a reason to select your student. The selection will go for today and tomorrow the training begins.Understood?"
"Yes sir!"All of them stood striaght and shouted.

They stepped through the door to see all the students stand up and welcome the Gotei 13.General Yamamoto raised his hand to signal everyone to sit down.As they did he was about to say something, untill....

"Hello! Sorry I'm late!"The black and brown haired girl smiled walking in. She put a hand behind her neck and smiled."I over slepted ad then I...."She opened her eyes and saw the Gotei 13 right in front of her. It took a minute for it to register in her mind but when it did she slamed her body onto the ground and bowed. "Im so sorry!" Uhh....SORRY!!!"

"You stupid girl!" Her teacher walked to her and lifted her by her collar."Have you no respect!?Just look at yourself! You ripped your sleeves off again!"
Elena slapped his hand off and got in his face, "Look, I said I was sorry!! And I've told you his befor! Sleeves slow down movement!The wind whipes through them and slows the speed of your swing.There for letting your enemy slash right through you befor they do."
The teacher let go off her. "One hour of Kido practice after class!"
"What?! You can't be serious!!!"
"You idiot! Show respect to your elders and the Gotei 13!!"
"BITE ME!"
Everyone in the room gasped.

The room was silent for a moment.It as silent untill Ikkaku walked up behind the teacher. The teacher turned to see who was behind him.
"Move."he smirked.
As the teacher did so he walked up to Elena and stared into her eyes."So, What is your reason to become a Soul Reaper?"
"What?"
"Don't make me repeat myself. It takes guts to back talk your teacher. Its like a challenge to power. A challenge to fight.So tell me, What is your reason to become a Soul Reaper?"
"My reason?"she smirked. "My reason is to get stronger.If I can become a Soul Reaper I can become stronger!" She clinched her fist.
"Heh"Ikkaku put a hand on her head."I found the student I'm going to train!" He turned to Yamamoto."My reason being is the fact she has the will to fight.And thats reason enough."

Yamamoto smiled and nodded.
Ikkaku turned back to Elena. "What's your name?"
"Elena,Elena Shikru."
"Elena, huh? Well get ready ,Elena. Tomorrow,we're going to hell and back."
"Really?"she grined
"Its a promise,My name is Ikkaku Maderame. Third seat of Division Eleven."
"Division....Eleven."She mumbled as her heart skipped a beat.
