Elena gripped her new found Zompakuto as pain pulsated through her back and chest. Blood was dripping from her wounds onto Bonnie and onto the ground. Even though she was in much pain she kept smiling. Even though she was wounded and was probably close to death she just kept smiling. Its all she could think to do.

“Bonnie.” She slowly lifted her weapon into the air, “I…want to be stronger. I’m way to weak in this state. So you know what that means…don’t you ,Bonnie?”
Bonnie snorted and continued her running.
“It means….in order for me to get stronger. I must become a Soul Reaper.” She put her weapon back down to her side. She laid one of the sickles on her chest so that she could pull out the picture of Kenpachi. “He’s strong.” She chuckled. “I want to serve under him. You wanna know why, Bonnie?”
Bonnie let out another small snort.
“Because…I want to be as strong as him .That is my goal.”
Bonnie suddenly came to a stop. Elena was wondering if they were home. Her vision was becoming blurry, but as soon as she heard Ganju’s voice she knew she was home.

“Elena! Elena?! Please be allright! Answer me!” he picked her up from Bonnie and began to shake her. “Please!!”
“Dad…..”
“Yeah?” His eyes brimmed with tears.
“Shut….up…”she smirked and passed out in his arms.

Kūkaku had wrapped Elena up as soon as Ganju carried her through the door. Ganju was in a slight hysteria.
“Ganju, Calm down!”
“Calm down?How do you expect me to calm down!?
Kūkaku gave him a stern stare wich silenced him immediately. He bit his lip to try and stop the tears from coming but they wouldn’t. He stood from Elena’s side and began to walk to the stairs so he could go out side and be alone.
“Ganju.” Kūkaku whispered as he walked out. “It’s not your fault, please understand that.”

After that was said Kūkaku turned to Elena again and noticed the sickles next to her. They had Spiritual Pressure coming from them so she knew it was a zompakuto.
Elena began to open her eyes when she heard Kūkaku sigh.
“How long was I out?” Elena whispered.
“I dunno, not long.” She smiled. “How you feeling?”
“fine, I guess.” She then remembered Ganju’s voice. “He’s not to upset is he?”
She already knew who she was talking about and her smile faded. “Yeah, he’s blaming himself for what happened to you.”
Elena covered her head with the blanket next to her. “Great.”
“Yeah, So, when are you going to become a soul reaper?”
Elena’s heart stopped.
“You have a zompakuto, so its only natural for you to want to become one.”
“I was hoping soon. But with pops going to be over protective now, I don’t think its going to happen .”
“Well, you would be screwed either way.”
“What?”
“He hates Soul Reapers.”
“But…why?”
“Our Brother was killed by one.”
Elena’s eyes teared up hearing that. She never heard of them having another sibling, but just hearing it made her want to cry.
“But, its not our choice if you want to be one. But if you plan on it, I suggest you leave tonight.Unless, you want him to hate you to.”
Elena wiped her face and sighed, “Well, all good things must come to an end. Kūkaku…”
“Yeah?”
“Thanks for everything.”
Kūkaku sighed as she begun to stand up. “Don’t mention it.”
As she began to walk out Elena began to plan her leave of the night.
