Running away; my blinding eye can't focus but all I see is you. Trying not to cry, I grope the darkness for a sign of life but there is none. Reaching afar; can't seem to find what it is that I search for. There can be no life. Falling quickly to the ground; whispered a curse that no one can hear. Looking around my ornate prison; I see trinkets abound but no one for me. Pounding of my heart drowns out the noise of the silence engulfing me. Crawling around to try to find your arms that keep me safe.
But you aren't here.
