Volume 2: Meeting New People

Meeting someone new is always a fun and exciting experience. The main point here is not to ******** it up. Follow these simple guidelines and you'll be sure to be raking in the friends.

Rule 1: Never talk unless someone talks to you first. This gives off an air of "I'm better than you."

Rule 2: Don't reveal ANY personal information. Not even your name. This gives you a mysterious quality that people eat up.

Rule 3: If someone randomly calls you ugly, a freak, or some other term, politely answer "Thank you." This most likely will catch them off guard and promote some form of conversation.

Rule 4: Don't take an insult to heart. Even if they mean it, you can always take pride in the fact that you're above such a vile creature. Simply respond in an intelligent matter, or let them feel they've won. If all goes well, they'll leave you alone and life will go on.

Rule 5: Don't do anything to piss someone off, unless they anger you first. This shows that you don't go around picking fights with people. If an argument does break out, be the better person and just walk away after insulting them intelligently.

Rule 6: Always speak literately. "txt tlk" will do more harm than good, and will gain you enemies instead of allies. People that use proper English and grammar are more respected than those that feel the need to take shortcuts when typing.

Rule 7: Never call someone a "noob", "n00b", etc. You'll only be degrading yourself in front of others, and it doesn't make you look cool. It's the internet, don't succumb to the vocabulary of a game nerd.
