The ink Twin didn't travel like most humans do,they didn't walk to Twilight City,they traveled in a form of a letter,mostly because they can take on the form of anything made with ink.The letter was delivered to Takashi's house,and when he got home he opened the letter,and read the print that was on it,"Takashi Hatao,we know what you are,so meet us at the top of the clock tower at exactly 2:30pm,and bring the letter."."how do they even know i have powers?!i don't tell anyone,i haven't taken my mask off in front of anyone.but how...how do they know?" Takashi said to himself."and i wonder where kyuju has been,i havent seen him since the kyaku attack.".Takashi quickly remembered the letter and looked at the clock on his microwave,it read 2:15."i have 15 minutes,i'd better get ready.",Takashi thought to himself.
He loaded the pouches full of cards and dice.He put his suit on and looked at the clock sitting on his dresser,2:27."Oh-no!!! i'm going to-augh!! i gotta hurry!!".He ran out of the back door and flew to the clock tower.He got to the clock tower,2:29 and 30 seconds.He landed on top and pulled the letter out.The words changed and now it read drop the letter off of the tower.
He followed the instructions without hesitation.The paper fell,fluttering freely around in the wind.Then something very strange happened,a spectacle nobody would ever think of,the ink fell from the paper and two dark figures emerged from the ink then they hit the ground and just split apart.Struck with awe,Xambler just stared at the paper,but while he was staring,a figure popped up behind him,and kicked him off the tower,then another figure jumped from the side of the clock tower and kicked Xambler to the side.He plumeted to the ground,he quickly gained his balance,and flew at the creatures.He tackled one,and grabbed its neck,but it dissolved and slipped through his fingers.
Xambler had to think of a way to defeat these,because there was only one way to destroy any liquid,and its with extreme heat and to dissolve the liquid.But he had no idea how to obtain such power.The ink twins emerged and formed together,"you cannot defeat us AHAHA!!",they shouted before throwing a giant ball of fire at Xambler,the ball had such speed no one could even see it moving,except Xambler,he stuck his hands up to block it because he knew dodging it was impossible.A few seconds later,the fireball stopped suddenly,it hadnt hit anything it suddenly stopped,and Xambler had complete control of it."What,i thought i was only able to control lightning,but this element now?better not waste it.",he redirected the fireball,but the twins seperated and dodged the ball.Xambler charged up a couple fire balls,grabbed some dice and threw flaming dice,one of the twins unfortunantly was hit and dissolved and evaporated."NO!brother!!!",yelped the other twin.A ball was flying at him,he was hit as well,but he didnt die so easily,"Xambler,come here,i cannot harm you in this state...","ok,but what do you want from me?tell your king i'm coming for him!"Xambler yelled."no,he is coming after YOU,before you fight him you must know..."whispered the ink twin to Xambler,"What is it that i have to know about him?" Xambler said."Twilight Sin has complete control over all the elements,not just four,and he's mastered the ancient power,if you're going to fight him,do not go alone,you must gather an army to destroy Azul."."Ok well,i'll see what i can do,and i'll make sure i'm careful when fighting Twilight Sin"."It's not just that,Twilight Sin,he is also your-",he evaporated and was gone in a matter of seconds."he's my what?AUGH!!".

meanwhile...

Twilight Sin:"the ink twins have failed me,you must defeat him now."

mysterious figure:"he simply cannot defeat me unless with light,which is unlikely since i am Shadow man,and i only attack in the night."

Twilight Sin:"your greatest advantage would be as soon as the sun sets,attack him then,he won't have the time to wait for the sun to rise."

Shadow:"HAHAHA he will not defeat me,i am your soldier 1st colonol luetenient.dont worry,i wont let you down and yes i will die if i do end up failing."

Twilight Sin:"dismissed."
