Yet again, another of my poems

We pass by life
With problems to face
It won't stop us completely
Just slow down our pace
We wonder what it would be like
If we retraced our lives
Would there be different feelings
That pierce us like knives
We've made it this far
Through all the screams and cries
We look back at pain
All the unbeleivable lies
There's still alot of time
Though it's not on our side
We can run forever
But we can never hide
