This has nothing to do with the storyline, though chronologically it takes place after the first story ends. Think of it as like a movie set. The story gets played out, no matter what happens, all the characters are fine at the end.
“Koza!” Akari shouted. “Now where did he go…” He sighed and scratched the back of his head. Koza had a habit of disappearing at random times, which was frustrating at times. A laugh came from nearby. Akari looked over to the direction it had come from. “You could help me you know. He’s your brother after all.”
“You have a point,” Adrian said from atop the rock he was sitting on. With a yawn, he jumped down and stretched. “Still, I have no idea where he runs off to all of the time. What am I, his keeper?”
“…No, I guess that’s my job. Point taken,” Akari said reluctantly. It was at this moment he noticed that Tera had gone missing as well. “I have an idea as to where Koza went,” Chris said dully. Looking around, he spotted a nearby bush. He leaned down and picked up a rock, which he then hurled at the bush. A cry of “Ow!” came from the bush. It rustled for a minute, before Koza and Tera emerged from it, their hair in a mess and their clothes slightly ruffled. Koza was rubbing a spot on his head, presumably where the rock had hit. Koza stopped in front of Akari and cleared his throat before speaking.
“Uh…I can explain…See, we were just--” Akari cut him off with a wave of his hand.
“Don’t bother, I really don’t want to know,” he said. Tera straightened her hair out and gave an innocent look, which may have worked if it weren’t for the blush that had remained on her cheeks. Adrian laughed softly to himself. “Ahem…Anyway, we have some things to discuss. First of all,” Akari began, before stopping and looking around. “I think we’re short one person. James!” he shouted. “We need you out here!” A few moments of silence went by before James came out from behind a tree, carrying his laptop.
“Hey guys, what did I miss?” he asked cheerfully.
“Nothing as of yet. You’re right on time,” Akari said. “Now then. We need to keep the storylines going. Koza, I think you should sit the next one out, considering how the first one ended.” He nodded in agreement. “Adrian, you understand if you’re not the main character, right?”
“Of course,” he said calmly.
“Alright then. Tera, that leaves you. Are you up for it?” She thought for a minute.
“Hnn. I have to do it without Koza don’t I?” she asked sadly. Akari nodded.
“Afraid so.”
“Alright…But you better put him in there somewhere,” she said.
“Oh, sure I will. He’ll be right where you left him; In the hole in the ground,” Akari said with a grin. Tera glared at him. “No guarantees Tera.”
“What about me?” James asked, tilting his head slightly to the side. Akari turned his attention towards him.
“Ah, yes. You’ll be in the plot too, don’t you worry. It may take a little bit, but you’ll get there. Don’t worry.”
A few more minutes of discussing random topics went by, from new characters, to current relationships between characters. Koza and Tera denied anything happening between them, though the security cameras say other wise. After a while, they all nodded in agreement.
“Ready guys?” Akari asked. They all shouted “Ready!” and threw a fist into the air. Who knows what lies ahead for our heroes?
