DragonMatsers: Part One
Whisperes went around the small village of Laff-Laurell of a girl named Lynx on the outskirts of town who had rescued a Shadow Dragon; a Dragon who was created into this world for the means of Dark Magic. She herself is the best sorceress in the whole country, who has been known to use Dark Magic. They say the Dragon's name is Auron. They also say that she's used him to kill whole villages. Though, what the villagers don't know... is that Lynx, Shadow DragonMaster, is on thier side.

"Mistess, a villager is come," Auron said from his perch above the front window, his large head cranked by his snake-like neck. She went over to the window to see a villager making his way up the path to her small, cozy home in the Forest of the Saints. The hatchling that she had saved in her arms writhed a little as she placed him with Auron on the loft, and put up an invisability spell.
"Too bad you can't tell me your name, sweety, so I could calm you, but you can't speak yet," she whispered to the little writhing bundle who was in Auron's coils in Drakine. A knock on the door told them all the the man had come to the door. From before she could tell it was a man from the way the person walk how broad the shoulders were. She ran to the heavy, full-wood door and opened it, a loud, booming creak coming form the old hinges. "How can this sorceress help you, sir?" As she talked, she looked him over. He had pale, millky skin with jet black, slick hair. His eyes were an un-humanly blue, one that complimented his skin perfectly. His thin, muscular body was covered by a worrior's armor.
He nodded, and asked to enter the small lodge. She opened the door wider to him, giving full access to see her home. At first glace, it looked like a normal student's home. It had books and papers piled on the desk with a bit of space to write, a table that was reletively clean, a large bookshelf on the back wall, a mess kitchen with a wood stove, a fireplace, and an up stair where, more than likely, the bedroom was. Also a large window in the kitchen and near the door. But, that was only at first glance. If one was to look closer, one would find that all the books were wither in a different language, are about spells. Also, in the kitchen, ingrediants for spells lay on the counter and on shelves. Not only that, but there was an empty loft above the large window... big enough for a young Dragonto take refuge. She had a high cieling, not normal for a simple sorceress.
"You are Lynx, the sorceress of these parts, am I right?" he asked, his stoic eyes burning into her very soul. She nodded, walking back over to the deck to pick up the book she was reading. "I am AuRel, son of lord AuFex." An Elf... just as I though. She thought to herself, smirking under the cover of her book. He was accually thinking about how young she looked to a sorceress of such magnitude. She looks younger than me. Was his thought.
"Have you come for a spell or medicine, AuRel, son of AuFex?" She asked in a mocking tone, standing up from her book. Whe she stood, she felt the sharp tip of a sword on her neck. She looked up at the loft above her, mouthing in Drakine for Auron to stay calm. "No need for violence, my dear," She said, turning around and pushing the blade away from her neck. She sword found it's was back, now the dangerous edge to her neck. She read the Drakine inscripted onte blade.
"Where is the Book of the Ages?" He asked in a husky whisper, as if someone would hear him. She just laughed, moving the blade away again. She told him that he had no use for it, for only Dragons and DragonMasters could read it. She walked to the other side of the room, but the blade didn't move. "Then...," she started, ramming her into a wall, and pinning her there with the sword. "if I can't read it, I'll just take you with me." His expressionless face now had a smirk on it.
"You've just raised hell." She said, yelling in Drakine for Auron to help her out. The said Dragon flew out of the spell with a booming rawr, and sunk his claws into the agressors armor, breaking it and digging into the flesh. He then pulled the man off his mistress, opened the door with his tail, and threw the man out, giving a satifying grwol in Drakine of: "Never touch my Mistress again." He snorted, and closed the door, walking on all four to his mistress, who's back was bleeding from running into a decorative mask on the wall that had spikes. She smiled and pulled herself from the wall, her silver hair partially stained with blood. "Nice work," she breathed, rubbing his snout. She then nuzzled him, and gave him a little kiss between the nostrils. Hewr green eyes were fixed on his red until the hatchling began to squeek for attention and she heard him fidgetting.
"Mistress, you're bleeding," Auron said, looking at the hole in his master's bare back. She mearly brushed it off, took the spell off, and listed the writhing hatchling from his perch.
"If only I had found your mother to know your name. But, until you fly, you won't speek your name." She said. The hatchling began to writh again, so she started to rocking him back and forth, and started singing to him.
"Listen my hatchling, for now you shall hear
Of the only seven slayers a Dragon must fear.
First beware Pride, lest belief in one's might
Has you discount the foeman who is braving your sight...,"
--xXx--
AuRel stood from his ungraceful fall from being thrown by the Dragon, and smirked wider. His hand reached up to stroke the snout of a Light Dragon. "What do you think of our new friends, Wistala?" He asked the dragon in fluid Drakine, looking over to her.
"The Shadow Dragon Auron seems a good foe, my lord. I await our meeting." She anwsered, leaning into her master's touch. "She has a hatchling. I heard him calling her."
"Does she now...," he said, the smirk now turning sinister. "I, too, await our next meeting."
