Not a whole lot to report since my last announcement. No new dietary changes, no life-shaping papers, and certainly no media or entertainment influences. The past weak went by in much of a blur, which either means this semester will suck, or will pass with me in a constant numb stupor. I do not even see fit to summarize individual events of the past week as it's been of nothing special so I'll just summarize days.
Monday: Nice day of rest Tuesday: Horrible morning with an evening filled with panic and dread Wednesday: Crazy day full of unusual events Thursday: Bad day of unfortunate events Friday: dull day of mediocrity
I, however, did decided to break up the feeling of the Friday by making a spontaneous trip to the mall where I saw a movie. No friends, no rush to get things organized, no waiting for latecomers, just pure movie-going experience. Up until 5 minutes before the movie started I was the only one in the theater, head back, eyes closed, listening to Ray Charles and Nora Jones. It was, to saw the least, the most stress-free time of the week. Even when the movie did start there were only four other people in there so if I squinted and plugged my ears I could imagine that I was in my own private showing. The movie was "The House of Flying Dagger," which was fairly decent and up to par with Crouching Tiger, Iron Monkey, Hero, and the like. Had it's own unique flair, though. Well, I'll let everyone get back to their own mediocrity then, as I go and toil in my own. Peace out.
