I hate you!
Those three words rang in Kurt's ears. It never stopped, never even thought about stopping. Kurt shamefully curled into a ball next to his bed. He could hear his parents, well dad and "new mom", arguing over something, which definately didn't help the fact that his heart was broken.
" What did I do..? Blaine, why did you leave..? " Kurt murmurred to himself in the empty room downstairs. He wiped away a tear with his bright yellow rain-coat sleeve. A string of hair fell down in his face as he wept more into his arms.
The small sound of steps was soon to be heard throughout the room. Kurt was too busy crying that he didn't make a chance to look up, he didn't care who it was, or what they wanted. Violently he screamed into the air, " Get out. NOW. "
" And why would I do that when my step-brother is crying? " replied the person.
Kurt stayed silent for a few moments. Dreadfully he sagged his eyes up to gaze into the other person's. As expected, it was Finn, wearing his regular thing. No shirt and some boxers.
" Put some clothes on. " Kurt puffed out of his chokes and crys.
Finn agreed, dragging a shirt along his chest. Afterwards he sat down, and turned his head to look over at Kurt.
" What happened? " Finn asked.
At first, Kurt gave no response. Finn gave him a little nudge on the shoulder, making him answer.
" Blaine. He said he hated me. The bird..I let it die. He hates me now. " Kurt raised a hand, but not his head, and slowly pointed it over to the empty golden cage. A yellow feather fell from the cage, landing on the floor. Finn responded in silence.
" I'm sorry dude, it's going to be okay. " Finn finally said afterwards. He lifted an arm and slowly arched in on Kurt's back. Kurt flumped over and layed his head on Finn's shoudler. Finn cradled him in his embrace, slowly caressing his brown hair to calm him down.
And then- it happened too fast. All at once. The door flung open wide. It slammed hardly up against the wall, startling Finn and Kurt. Kurt jumped from his seat on the floor and Finn mimiked his moves.
It was Blaine.
" How-..what, what? " Blaine said in shock.
Finn and Kurt exchanged looks. Nervous ones.
After standing there in shock, Blaine said, " Nevermind. Our trust is gone. I hate you. "
Blaine stormed out the room. The wind that gave off from the door whooshed past Kurt's face and in-between Finn.
Finn turned to Kurt, and slammed his cold hand right into his face. Kurt was knocked to the floor.
Finn also left the room, leaving Kurt crying on the floor.
