Yet another boring day at school. Kyon pouted in his mind as he paced himself down the road. The building's light shine brightly in his eyes, the wind danced a beautiful dance throughout his hair. Kyon gave a small sigh as he reached the school building. For some reason, he felt as if today wasn't going to be like normal.

Taking some steps up the stairs, he paused for a moment. Soon, the fast sound of pitter-patter filled his ears. Before he knew it, his teacher was racing past him, covering her mouth with her hand. Her face was rather green. Kyon stared at the scene that passed by, and continued walking with a curious look etched upon his face.

His hand reached out toward the shiny, golden doorknob. Obviously, his teacher wasn't going to be in there, so he was prepared to take a long nap and ignore all the other idiots in his class. Slowly, the door creeked open, leaving a sharp noise left in his ears. He shook his head in dis-belief as he saw something.


There stood Koizumi, pointing his hand to the board. Written on it we're the words, " Groups. " Kyon sighed in anger, and took a seat. Koizumi's face automatically lit up once his eyes met Kyon.

" Kyon! I've been waiting, you silly little goose! " Koizumi exclaimed in front of the class. As usual, they all giggled.

Kyon gave back a whiney moan and replied, " Yeah whatever, just sit down and be yourself. "

Koizumi jumped in disagreement. He started , " Oh but only today, the teacher is sick! So guess what? She assigned me as teacher for the day? Isn't that awesome?! "

For a few moments, the room was silent. Until Kyon slammed his head on his desk. The class laughed and redirected their attention to Koizumi as he also slammed his hand on the board.

" Ok! The directions for today, everyone, get in groups and talk about..well, the last thing we learned about in here! Yeah! I'll assign them. "

As Koizumi pointed out which student was to be with which other, Kyon angrily groaned at the desk and began to mumble to himself.

Why must he always be like this? I mean come on, give me a-

Before Kyon could finish his sentence, Koizumi interupted and pointed his finger at him.

" And you...you'll be with MWAH! Me! " Koizumi said outloud.
Kyon again, slammed his head in anger.

As the class began their chatter, Kyon heard footsteps slowly getting closer to him. He raised his head, with a pouty look on his face.

" Come on. "
Before Kyon could react, Koizumi had his hand bunched together in his. Kyon let out a loud scream and before he knew it, they we're outside the building, walking along the school's cherry blossom trees.

" What the HECK? We can't just skip class like this, I mean - "

Kyon's sentence was cut off by Koizumi placing one finger on his lips. He gave him a smile, and continued walking. " I've got to tell you something. "

Kyon stood in his place, akwardly. Eventually he ran back up to Koizumi and asked him, " What? "

Koizumi stopped in his steps. Slowly, he turned around and gazed into Kyon's eyes. Kyon's heart stopped for a moment.

" I love you. "

Koizumi suddenly reached out to Kyon, grabbed him by the shoudlers and smacked a big kiss on his lips. Kyon's eyes widened, and his arms both went limp.

Koizumi tightened his grip on Kyon. Together they stood, cherry blossom petals falling all around them. Kyon broke from their kiss.

" I love you too. "
