Se'rox and an Unexpected Proposal
((if you have not read The Silent Beast's recent entry, please do before continuing to read any of this. Of course, the first bits of both are the other occurances in their own p.o.v.))
Se'rox had remained almost completely still throughout the whole Healing process of Rose's, except when Zuchax III almost unleashed a Heartless. She could feel the added weight gathering at his chest, and had readied to smother it with mud. It was unnecessary, as Zuchax III actually moved. She went as still as a statue, and hardly breathed as Rose again bent in to Heal him. This time, she felt herself leaning in. Rose was leaning funny, as if she were about ready to collapse at any moment, but even her kitsune gaurds didn't catch it, as they all watched her work.
Finally, he sat bolt upright and hugged Rose. At first, Se'rox thought it was to thank her, but he said he thought she was... her. And he looked at her. He came over in a heartbeat, and mentioned how he knew she was the one to have brought Rose here to heal her. She was just amazed he had recovered.
"Snowman." she sighed. She watched in confusion as he reached into his coat to pull something out. Before he even touched it, she focused on it, and saw the ring inside. For a moment, she was wondering why he would bother to hide such a thing, as if she couldn't see it. But he was also bending down on one knee. Now she was thoroughly confused.
And then he asked her to marry him.
Now, if Se'rox hadn't spent years living with other people, she might never have understood what he meant. But she did. Completely. He held out the ring, and, as if she really could see, she simply stared at it for more than a few seconds.
"Zuchax III, The Silent Beast. I would, with honor, spend the rest of my existence with you." Se'rox could feel herself smiling- not a normal occurrence, though anyone used to seeing her with Zuchax III would certainly think so.

Rose: Learning One's Limits
Rose had never Healed someone so close to death before. Her fairy powers were extended past what she thought they could do, and after the Heartless was taken out, she was almost sure there was nothing left she could do. She refused to give up, then, however, and closed her eyes tightly, focusing on pouring all the strength, goodness, and hope into Zuchax III in the form of her Healing magic.
He bolted upright, and hugged Rose. Which was good timing, as she was just about to crumple to the floor herself. As he hopped off the couch, however, Rose was able to lean into that with the last of her physical strength, which kept her from falling over. She tried to focus on what Zuchax III was saying to Se'rox... she caught Se'rox calling him a snowman and she found her thoughts trying to remember what elements he used. She refocused her eyes and saw him on one knee, holding out a box. Rose smiled, and then blacked out.
Kyrre
Seeing Queen Rose Heal someone was quite interesting. The kitsunes had no powers like this, so he supposed it was one of the other lineages she held. He could see no actual effect to him except the healing of the actual cuts on his body for some time. A darkness started leaking from him, and the Royal Gaurds went in a defensive position in front of him. After the half-dead man managed to kill it despite himself, Kyrre decided the guy couldn't be that bad off. So he "spoke" to the gaurds. {What was that for?} he hand-signed quickly.
{We couldn't protect both you and her, and her orders were to protect you.} one gaurd signed back.
{Since when?!} he responded in a flurry of hand movements.
{Since she returned from that last trip. Said she would let us know when she was actually in danger, and to protect the Viceroy from any perceived threats in the meantime.}
Their response frustrated Kyrre to no end, but there was nothing for it for now. He watched as Rose labored to Heal the man after that, and he became strangely worried. Then he realized how pale she was, and how she kept wiping her brow. She was depleting herself, possibly too much.
And suddenly the man was good as new. He hugged Queen Rose, and then practically skipped over to the woman who looked uncannily similar to Rose. His attention was temporarily on the odd couple, as he got on one knee and produced a ring. He caught the term "matrimony" in there, but it distracted him more. Were human traditions truly so different than theirs? He glanced back to Queen Rose as he considered what strange traditions she was raised with, only to see her pass out and collapse onto the floor.
Kyrre was behind her in a third of a second, cradling her head, and placing a hand on her neck. Still alive, still breathing, but... Kyrre glanced up at the man she had Healed, trying not to let blame burn through his back.
"We need to get her back, now." Kyrre said. He wasn't sure if it was just exhaustion, or possibly some kind of backlash. But he wasn't taking any chances.
But Rose's eyes fluttered for a moment, as if she were trying to find the strength to awaken.
"Are you all right, my Queen?" Kyrre asked quietly, but with concern.
"Mmhmmm." Rose murmured. She was still exhausted, and needed rest.
"All right, then." Kyrre muttered, and the Gaurds, who had followed right behind Kyrre, helped him to lift her. "She just needs rest." he said to anyone listening. Then he looked at the couple who seemed to be in their own little world now. "I hope it was worth it."
Rose murmured again. "Mmmhmmmm."
Kyrre looked around, a little unsure now. "We need a transport back?" he asked. It took days to run down to Southern Gaia from here, plus a small boat trip. Not really an option now. He hoped someone would volunteer.

bonus...
"So, thanks for the ride." the green skinned lady said, running a hand through her long green hair once she materialized. "You know, you never can be sure about strange new planets. But really, why did you bother to stop?"
"Well..." Taran replied. "Honestly, your distress seems to have gotten noticed by someone who thought you could be useful."
"Really?" she said, both intrigued and cautious. "And who would that be? You?"
"No, my lady. My superior. Though I am sure he thought I could use your help."
"Is that so?" she asked, blinking her bright green eyes. "And what exactly would you be needing help with?"
Taran smiled. "That, my lady, is classified. For now." he realized she was playing coy- that perhaps she did not know he knew what she was. It was also possible that, in his completely human form, she had no idea about him.
"Really?" she said, a hint of danger in her voice now. "But why would you withhold information from someone more powerful than you?"
Taran lowered an eyebrow. "Pardon?"
"If your boss said that you needed my help, then perhaps it was because he figured out that I..." she paused for dramatic effect, " am a dragon."
Taran remained unfazed.
The green lady frowned. "I said, I am a dragon. A green dragon, to be exact. We're known for our tempers, you know?" she said, her voice becoming more and more of a threat.
"Well, perhaps your temper is not why you were chosen to help me." Taran replied.
This stumped the green lady.
"Perhaps it is a green dragon's uncanny ability to sense treasure that has brought you to my cause." Taran elaborated.
Finally, the green lady smiled.
"Nealiminity, Green Dragon of Poison at your service." she said firmly, and held out a hand to shake Taran's.
"Taran, nice to meet you. Welcome to the team." he replied, shaking her hand. "DOS? Resume previous course, maximum warp. Engage."

Nogard *laughs at Nealiminity* Honey please. A Green's temper is no where near a Red's.
And a Red's is slightly overmatched by a Copper's. stare
