Chakra revolvers/gloves: The gloves on his arms contain divits in them that force Fenrir's chakra to travel along them causing forced chakra manipulation. However the mechanics of the gloves comes into play with the revolvers. The revolvers are broken down and actually inside of the gloves. All Fenrir has to do is will them to come out and they are clasped together inside of his palms. However most of the time he runs one arm along the other arm to form the Guns, this is all unnecessary but no one else knows that and he wishes for it to stay that way.
Katana-triblade: It is like a normal katana which he keeps strapped to his back however it has three blades on it that fan out. He has to will them with his chakra to fan out or twist the handle in a certain manner in order for them to separate. It's a pretty simple sounding weapon but it is actually rather complex.

Chronus: Is the Seether's main ability that is focused through their eyes. A seether has the ability or rather the kekkei genkai of a Seether is time manipulation I.E. Chronus. The easiest way to use this Kekkei Genkai is funneling chakra into the users eyes and focusing on something. Anything that the Seether takes into sight can be forced forward, backwards, or made to stand still in time. However this obviously takes a great toll on the user. So in most cases if they are not in constant practice with it they will only get one shot at this. However more advanced users can use their kekkei genkai on their bodies without their eye coloring changing in the slightest.
Chronus can be used on the users body and anything that they are holding, or come in contact with even without looking at it. However the visual part of this Kekkei Genkai is extremely limited to what they are looking at. For example they can not use the visual part of this Kekkei Genkai on the area directly behind them, only on what is in front of them and their peripherals obviously it is weaker at the peripherals.
In addition the Chronus when activated is activated on what the user is focused on, if they are focused on the wide landscape than all of it to the point the user can not see any further is trapped in however he/she wants to manipulate time in that area. The person caught in it will see nothing but a golden light surrounding them, the harder part of this is that the user has to use more chakra to contain the persons chakra he is trying to keep locked, sped up,or slowed down in time.
In turn if they are focused on one part of a persons body or area they can use a great deal more power in manipulating time around that object, person, or animal. In essence if the user really wished to they could create time puppets. This kekkei genkai can also be used during Taijutsu and long range fighting.

Bio: First a Seether is the name given by the Fuma's to those who can use the Kekkai Genkai. Fenrir doesn't have a horrible backstory of his parents being killed, or his family in general in fact he was always pretty happy with them. However he really wanted to get out and see the world, to do so he needed to become a ninja, and that's exactly what he did.
Yet it took him a long time to develop a real ability to use any sort of weapon. So he had some crafted to suit his needs. His gloves actually contain the revolvers hidden within them. Although he loves his weapons he enjoys close range fighting a whole lot more. Most of the time he uses the Guns as if they were daggers that just had amplified abilities. Not throwing them of course, but slicing at his opponent with blunt weapons before firing.
Over the years of harmlessly flirting with women he has never once really tried or cared to try to get with one. Instead he usually just shoots them a few flirts , and keeps on his way. A true free spirit Fenrir has nothing that will hold him down to this world like a child, or woman. Even though he loves his family he figures they are expendable. Fenrir is not anywhere near an Ultimate Ninja. In fact he is still in the academy but has been getting into trouble for going rogue and accepting missions without permission. This has caused him a great deal of annoyance and he has had to keep reentering the academy because of it. this would be his fourth time in the academy. So even though he is well learned his carefree attitude makes it near impossible for him to be a real ninja. It is something he has to break.
Update:
In a mission to capture a missing nin Fenrir lost a fight without showing off much skill because he was being far too cocky and not using team work. The end result got his kekkei genkai sealed and revealed his true seether form. Since he could keep time laced around his body to appear like the young human he wished others to see, his horns grew out, his hair burned off for the most part and became black, and short, and his tail came ripping out of his lower body. He was a bloody mess after his form was revealed.
Knowing this would get him expelled from the Fuma clan he went back to face Kotaro and was beaten badly leaving scars on his face that he can't heal with his Kekkei Genkai because it is sealed, he has to let them run their natural course unfortunately. Unhappy with his appearance in his new form he placed a mask over his face.
In a training session Fenrir broke his mask from a black out while training against Tachi however he left him bleeding from being stabbed in the shoulder and almost paralyzed from a chakra kick to his spine which was blocked. This also rendered the truth to be known about him being kicked out of the Fuma clan.
As of late Fenrir has fallen in love with his partner Dream and his previous perverted actions has put a rift between them. He does not understand why he wants to be with her so badly nor has he told her his true feelings. However it has been causing him to train harder and become a better ninja just to look good enough for her. At least for her to see him in a better light than before. He has no idea if he will ever be with her but he is happy in the idea that he could be.
In current events Fenris' debt to Death was called out and he was not only gifted with new abilities but forced to join the Ostium clan as Death's ninja. Gifted with souls being shoved into his body generating multiple chances at life known as the reaper ability or reaper trait.( he also had an extreme appearance and slightly personality change). Fenris also changed his name. Now then he has come back with a strange new lease on life.

Keeping energy flowing through ones body by the side to side motions and keeping the center of gravity low he is able to constantly preform these attacks with ease even though he mixes it with another art form. Gun-kata. Fenrir quickly became a Mastre of this martial art, perhaps it is his natural rythm.

====Gun kata: is the style of sophisticated close-quarters gunplay, It often resembles a martial arts battle played out with firearms instead of traditional weapons. It may also be described by other terms such as bullet ballet or gymnastic gunplay. The focus of gun fu is style, and the usage of firearms in ways that they were not designed to be used. Shooting a gun from each hand, shots from behind the back, as well as the use of guns as melee weapons are all common.
In this case it positions the users body with each strike and shot in a set of ways to avoid the typical fashion kunai’s or other long range weapons are used I.E. Shurikens or aother ninja made abilities that are long ranged. With Fenrir’s combination of Gun-kata and Capoeira even at close range he is a deadly force.
=====Unarmed Gun Kata: Is basically the same thing as Gun-kata with the chakra manipulation into bullets however without the use of guns he turns it into an odd martial art in which the chakra manipulation does not take the form of bullets but is focused on his arms, and finger tips. Using most of the techniques and stances from gun-kata this is a wide arm based fighting style, but yet it tends to stay close to his center when reverting back to his stances.

The type of shot he wishes to use is changed at his whim, not loaded already in them. The bullets are simply chakra designated once he fires he enforces the affinity inside of the shot which flows up through his hands/gloves and into the loading dock faster than anything that is traceable.
Si-fer is much like a long ranged version of Gun-kata, however it becomes more complex if he combines his guns into the exaggerated sniper riffle appearance. His shots are more powerful but his movements are still very artistic, rhythmatic, and elaborate. It is designed to attack while evading.
However when he uses Si-fer with his Katana that seperates into three different blades he attaches a line of chakra to it and manipulates it much like a whip. This style of Si-fer is more monkey-ish than anything else and the movements to it are much harder to read. Even though this is a long range style of fighting he will often mix it in with his close range only if he starts off in this longer range style.
Dead Anthem: In this state Fenris will tap solely into his Yurei, and transform his tri-blade katana which is soul bound to him into a lute. As he plays and sings his lullaby spirits manifest from within his frame and lash out at those around him in any form or fashion he wishes. The longer he does this the more Yurei it takes, and the more powerful his attacks the more Yurei it will drain.

Unlike most other ninja's when he finds out what a persons weak spots are he exploits them to the fullest if he starts to win in this way the battle will turn from a fight to the death to a torture session. He is a ruthless man who hides behind a mask, a smile and a chipper personality.'

With the Reaper ability in his body he can keep coming back to life unless certain stipulations are met. When his body dies the souls switch places and his never leaves his body. Being that his body is already dead per say he wont be bothered by it dying again. In addition once he dies and comes back all his chakra is restored. Depending on the method of death it could take a few seconds, minutes, hours or days for him to come back, because the reaper ability needs to heal his body adequately.

Raion-juu (Lion Beast):
Raion (lion) identical cells injected into Fenris' blood to cope with his other cells after a two day period of needing adapting to its environment the Raion(lion) cells undergo a process known as Mitosis. First, cells grow in size until they are big enough to divide. Second, the cell copies its entire DNA so each new cell can have a complete set. Third, the cell checks the DNA to make sure it is right. Last, the cell gets Organized, pulls half of its DNA to each side of the cell to complete the stage of Mitosis taking up to 12 to 24 hours doubling the chromosomes in Fenris' body. Every 20-30 minutes the cells go through the same process becoming large in a group combined with Fenris' cells.
Each cell is at least somewhat self-contained and self-maintaining: it can take in nutrients, convert these nutrients into energy, carry out specialized functions, and reproduce as necessary. Each cell stores its own set of instructions for carrying out each of these activities. All cells have several different abilities: Reproduction by cell division: (binary fission/mitosis or meiosis). Use of enzymes and other proteins coded for by DNA genes and made via messenger RNA intermediates and ribosome. Metabolism, including taking in raw materials, building cell components, converting energy, molecules and releasing by-products. The functioning of a cell depends upon its ability to extract and use chemical energy stored in organic molecules. This energy is released and then used in metabolic pathways. Response to external and internal stimuli such as changes in temperature, pH or levels of nutrients. Cell contents are contained within a cell surface membrane that is made from a lipid bilayer with proteins embedded in it.
The Raion(lion)DNA mixed with Fenris' natural DNA, birthed an animal within Fenris which is in the middle between some sort off Oni and Raion family. When transforming, ' Fenris height becomes 10'00", His horns curl down and around the sides of his head. A mane grows in full, lush and thick of a deep purple hues at the base extending out to a fascinating white color that mocks the Raion(lion)s natural and beautiful gold color. This is only brought on by the fact his own hair color is purple and the mixture ended up negating itself.
Fenris' fur in this form is also a deep purple almost close to being black, while his eyes alter to yellow generating black specks along them. The markings along Fenris' stomach do not vanish from his skin but are covered in a small layer of fur.
