Hiya everyone. So, a lot of your friends know about the tornado hitting several nights ago. Shall you elaborate?
Mmhmm, I was meaning to make this last night but after midnight, I said what the heck....and we had another power surge...
Anyway, late friday night, early saturday morning (1am ish), we had the worst storm ever, well, that ive been in. The trailer was shaking violently. I started to think tornado because I heard a train outside. That is what a tornado sounds like. A train.
I curled up around and under my pillows and Sasha and Misty...I sleep with 2 white tiger plushes in my bed, named after those two ^_^
Yeah, thats originally where they came from lol.
Anyway, I took many pictures of the destruction outside. Many pictures.
There were uprooted trees.. Huge trees they were too.
Lots of roofs came off or caved in (including a historical monument in this town. This is funny, it was a furnature store, they moved and THEY LEFT FURNATURE IN THE ATTIC! Oh man it was beatiful furnature. If I was really crazy, id grab a ladder and try to take it for myself lol.))
Around my trailer park, there were roofs missing and underpenting missing from all the trailers. We thought it was just a bad storm, not a tornado.
Mabank got hit hard, Gun Barrel City got hit hard. Aww man.
We were without power at my house for 23 hours. Then last night at midnight..or so...the power finally came back on.
When we drove coming back home from shopping/disaster seeing, most of our trailer park had lights. My road didnt have any lights still. They said we were on another grid seperate from the rest of the trailer park.
How much s**t is that!
