There are pieces of paper floating around you. They swirl and twirl, like a fancy dream of dancing words. This can't be real but it certainly feels like it is. You reach for one and read.

The Second
-------The First had vanished, betraying the people she had led to salvation. The Second offered nothing but forgiveness, for she could see how the glow had changed the First. She did not want to see her people all fall to that fate.
-------She taught her people, who still hurt from the absence of the First, how to forgive as well. They followed her in building more rooms, letting the glow guide them in their endeavors. The cave soon became a temple for the Second and her followers. They called themselves the Dead, for without the glow and the First they were nothing.
-------But even as she taught of the love of the First, there were some who did not agree. When her apprentice had decided to speak out with questions, she told him as she always had, "The First can see more then we and understand even more."
-------This did not satisfy him, he grew more and more rebellious, his questions changed but her answer remained. Her apprentice finally decided that the Second did not know what truth was from what the glow had told her. To him, she was blind.
So he named himself the Third and took his followers away. They fled to the other end of the cave and plotted.

There is a blur of words. Something calls to you but you can't understand. The paper in your hand changes and you read again.

The Third
-------The Third and his followers made a home in the caves away from the Second and her First worship. The more they discussed, the more they despised. The First stole the truth from their eyes and only offered the lie of the glow.
-------They fought the glow inside them and changed. They became beasts, shells of men. They called themselves the Broken, for the lies of the glow had left them shattered image of who they were.
-------But they were pleased with this. Their anger had made them content and their revenge would find them their truth...
