History:
»»Born in Karakura town to her father and mother, Sora and Akane. Kiyo doesn't know much about her father's history ("I think he's from Korea...? Somewhere strange..." ), but is positive her mother was born in Akita.
»»Kiyo once had an older brother. His name was Ryok, and he was born five years before Kiyo. Ryok died when she was only 3 years old, and she has very few memories of him. For this reason, his death never grieved her, though she's always been very curious as to what he was like, and who he really was. Read Ryok Hashima's Profile Here
»»Kiyo gained Shinigami powers when she arrived home late from school one day only to find out her family had been attacked by a Hollow. Through a series of small events, Kiyo met Hikaru Hanazono, who lent her half of his Shinigami powers, because it “was the right thing to do”, in his own words, respectively. However, with the borrowing of Hikaru's Shinigami power came the borrowing of his Hollow powers, too. Kiyo herself gained a Hollow, and became an untrained Vizard. Kiyo managed to defeat the Hollow and save her family, but has been left with a sense of bitter resentment towards Hollows, and Arrancars especially. The whereabouts of Hikaru Hanazono are unknown. »»Kiyome works as a Substitute Shinigami and a high school student, but because she’s a very curious person, she ends up butting into Soul Society’s issues quite often, and disappears from the World of the Living quite frequently.
Kiyo dropped out of high school to pursue her career as a Shinigami Daihyou, now visiting only occasionally. Her parents do know she's a Shinigami, and tell the snooping neighbors that they sent her to a military academy in South Korea.
»»Kiyo is held in high regards within the World of the Living. Murasama is a very respected name there, even if it's uncommon within Soul Society. Kiyome is a class 6 within herself, and would prefer if you didn't insult her, or her family.

Chapter 1:
»»The girl blinked her eyes, coming to slowly. Where am I...? She gazed at her surroundings, then suddenly realized where she was. "NYAH!" Kiyo scrambled to hold onto something before she fell on her head, yet nothing was easily within her grasp -- not when you're sitting on a mirror. She fell onto her side with a thud, but stood up quickly, scanning her Inner World. "Ryouichi, you've let this place go to the dumps!" She sighed wearily and leaned against one of the mirrors, waiting for Ryouichi -- her Zanpakutou Spirit -- to appear. Her gaze shifted up to the full moon which cast an eerie glow upon the mirrors, illuminating the shifting shadows within her world.
»»The figure of a stately woman rose from the shadows before Kiyo, long violet hair flowing behind her. She raised a weary brow at her friend and wielder, not expecting this sudden visit. "Kiyo, what are you doing here? I didn't summon you... Hm. No matter. Let us sit and talk a spell..." Ryouichi sat down on a shadow, showing off her abilities, as always. Kiyo nodded and conjured up her own shadow-seat, demonstrating to Ryouichi just how much she'd evolved. "Ryouichi..." she began, "if you didn't bring me here... And well, I obviously didn't come here on my own... Was it him?"
»»Ryouichi shrugged, looking up at the moon thoughtfully. How beautiful it is tonight... "The answer's obvious, you bonehead... Of course it was. I suppose we won't get to talk then... You should go find him. Figure out what he wants." Ryouichi acted as if she were holding back details -- which she was. She and the Hollow were sometimes in cahoots, though she only joined him whenever it would bring strength to Kiyo, to help her grow. Ryouichi would have nothing to do with him, however, if she knew he were up to something twisted. Kiyo nodded with a sigh, following her gaze up to the moon. She'd finally begun to realize what was so beautiful about the sky -- it was an escape. "Ryouichi-sama, I suppose I'll see you another time, then. Ja ne." She gave a small smile to her, Ryouichi returning it, and then she departed down a path made of mirror, into the darkness.
»»Kiyo took her sweet time trying to find her Hollow. He wasn't exactly someone you wanted to meet, walking alone in the dark in a highly confusing place. So she didn't rush. As a matter of fact, it took nearly an hour before she came across him... She had stopped to look around, to decide which way to go next. The area seemed safe enough. How very wrong she was. From behind her came two arms, grabbing her wrists and holding them in one hand behind Kiyo's back. The other arm grabbed Kiyo around the neck, and before she could react, she had been forcefully pulled into a deep shadow, and through a hidden mirror. She had been dragged into a reversed dimension of her own Inner World, the mirrors appearing as windows now. Wild, taunting laughter echoed throughout the world as Kiyo was released. "So the Queen showed her mug afterall, na? Nyah...haha...hahAHAHAHAH!"
