She's falling apart, and for good reason. Some heavy blows have been struck that simply should not have been.
She's falling apart, and I know it hurts. It's been far too long for me to not feel what she feels.

Mere stitches are all that's left. Though they still hold, they are loose and fraying, like someone is cutting.
