They do.
As she cleared security, she called me. She told me that she was comming to the windowed area near the arrival gate, thus making me rush there immediately. We sat there and stared at each other through the arrival gate for a few minutes. When her phone started dying, we hang up. I then yelled out, "I Love you!" and she responded, yelling as well, "I Love you, too!" A woman near me said, "Should I get this on camera?"
After a moment of walking away, she turn to walk backwards to see me. She didn't get far before leaning against a wall and pulling out her phone. I knew she was sending me a message. When my phone beeped, it said, "I don't like seeing you from this far away." So, she came back to the glass, and I worked my way toward it as well. We placed our hands on the glass and proceeded to mouth the words, "I Love you" yet again. Upon telling me that she was going to actually walk away so she couldn't see me getting farther and farther away, she did just that. After watching her walk away, I sighed heavily and did the same.
All this time, I had felt like I was breaking...but as I braved the cold weather and reached my car, I broke. I sat in my car and cried. The last time she left, it rained...as if Tennessee was crying along with me for the pain of losing a very special peice of itself. This time, just when I thought the clouds were going to open up and cry with me again, something else happened...they opened up and sun shone through. As soon as I saw this, I could hear a voice in my head saying, "This will be the last time you'll ever have to do this. Next time, she's here to stay..."
See? This is the stuff movies, books, and songs are made of...
Now, I sit here, in my new home...alone...
...for a little while...
Oh, and upon talking to her a bit later, she said that one of the flight attendants on her plane said she saw Vivi scream "I Love you" and wave to someone...
