This new way of self talk is helping me by a huge margin!
I usally have strong doubts about winning a competition so when I enter art contests on gaia I keep on saying 'unless the world is upside down I'll never win' But since I've learnt how to be positive when talking to myself(I know, I sound like a lunatic) I actually see how good I am, now I will say 'Even if I don't win the prize, I succeded in getting a better skill in art'
Wowzers, health sure sometimes does the trick.
