What is the meaning of life anymore?
I see for many, based around the pleasure, sex - drugs - alcohol - and whatever makes one happy on the sense of pleasure based off of substance.
For me, it's beauty based of one's life, as in personality. Studying them closely, getting to know them and befriending them. . . maybe that doesn't always make the meaning of life, but it can make one day seem efficient.
Reproduction, some believe. What if you die a virgin? It's possible, I believe, to keep purity throughout your life and you will not have to worry about regretting anything.
I read this one quote, "Love doesn't make the world go 'round, but it makes living here worth while." So, if you think love is the meaning of life, that's not really true, but you ought to make your point clear to see how love can be the meaning of life to you.
Is there beauty?
Besides the majesty of love, I find that true beauty is behind a landscape that I can see in broad daylight, glistening from the morning dew.
Beauty, not only in the physical features of one man and or woman, but beauty in day, beauty in nature. Beauty is not only one's face, but in one's sound - music is a source of beauty to some, but few may not come to terms with music. What if you live in a cave all of your life? What sounds do you hear besides dripping sounds and screeching bats and other creatures? "Music = Life", some say, but without it, will those whom believe in this thesis die? Yes, if they make it their lives.
There is all sorts of beauty, but is there one all human beings can agree on? Tell me about it, if you figure that one out.
