This is probably my favorite of the three plots I have outlined. I like the fact that it has a shitload drama. Still it needs lots of work...
Perspective: Atari, Kishi
Main Conflict: Kishi, Moe, and Allan are safe--for now. The vampire slayers have agreed not to kill them with the influence of Atari and Keiko. However, not all the vampire slayers are content with that plan. Especially after they found someone dead.
Side Conflict: Atari is a vampire. He is also a vampire slayer. In order to not lose everything he has to stay keep the fact that he is a vampire a secret. That is pretty hard. Because he refuses to drink blood, his lust grows stonger as he grows weaker.
Beggining
-Kishi and Moe live there life relativly normal. Kishi ex-"boyfriend" is constantly watching her. Kishi also gets a second person to watch over her--a sexy, loyal, vampire unknown to the slayers.
-Kishi gets continous threats from the someone
Middle
-Fire!!!
-
-Big Fire—Kishi almost gets killed
-Kishi finds all about Moe’s past
-Kishi finds out bits and pieces of Allan’s past
-Kishi gets asked to go to the prom with the sexy older vampire
-Atari doesn’t like him
-Kishi goes to prom
-Atari crashes prom
-Atari exposes him as a fraud
Twists at the end:

And Ethan there at the end throws me off. You mention him nowhere above.
Why do the vampire slayers agree not to kill them?
And how long can Atari go w/o drinking?
