But once again, with the flash back to the Valley of the End.

The scene takes place where Naruto is laying unconscious on the ground with Sasuke standing over him.


Soon after the epic scene of Sasuke's forehead protector falling off (Which I personally think symbolizes Sasuke's tears, but that's just me.
)

And then
Sasuke says: Naruto....

Now, I'm sure you can't really understand what I'm talking about if you haven't heard the way Sasuke said his name.

With such pain. With what sounds like to me, regret.

Now, I don't know about you, but I CERTAINLY don't say someone's name(that I supposedly don't care for) with such a painful tone.


After this,
Sasuke says: I.....

Then just leaves it.

The mysterious unknown message Sasuke was trying to tell Naruto.

Now I'm sure we'll never know. (Unless Kishimoto has an epic change of heart, which I won't lie and say that I wouldn't love him for it.
)

Could it have been a love confession?
Could it have been Sasuke telling Naruto he apologized?

Of course we'll never know.


And then it begins to rain.

Sasuke looks sadly pleased. As if the sky is crying the tears he can't seem to bring himself to show.


And then Sasuke's curse acts up.

And they come, face to face.


Then Sasuke continues to stare at Naruto. With, what I'm sure, is a million thoughts running through his head.
