Chapter 4:Food Fight?!?

The sound of crash broke Kudo's frozen spell, his eyes now adjusted to Elvera. She was standing before him, A trail of dust leading toward a broken tree where Lisa stood up from. "You just.....But wh-" She swatted her hand down, it quickly shifted in to a claw. "Your my Food... No one else is allowed to have you...GOT IT?!?" Kudo was abit thrown off by her sudden change in attitude, But realized that his blood has that effect on female vampires. "Another one..." he whispered to himself. Lisa looked over to them and frowned. "Hmm.... Another pure-blood.... It'd be bad to kill another one....But as long as there are at least-" She was literally cut off By Elvera, who rushed in and slashed furiously at Lisa. Lisa dodged with some ease, but wasn't the type to underestimate her opponent. Lisa caught her left claw, and then the right, leaving Elvera to struggle abit. Lisa smirked abit. "His blood's effect hasn't kicked in yet..." He head shot forward into Elvera's, Sending her back into the ground near Kudo. Elvera recovered quickly, trying hard to focus on Lisa who was in her sights one moment and gone then next. The towns people began to retreat to there homes, Leaving Kudo and Elvera to fight alone. Kudo jumped forward and pushed Elevera out of the way, Barly dodging Lisa, who had come crashing down from the sky. Kudo pointed a finger in lisa's direction, Her eyes dimming at what he was going to do. A flare of fire was launched at her, Nipping her leg as she dodged it. "Hmmph!" She vanished again, but appeared right before him, her fist rising up to meet his chin. Just before her hit could connect, Elevera climb onto his back and slithered down his shoulder, knocking her into the ground and sending the area into small cloud of dirt and dust. Elvera and Lisa fought wildly, Lisa was now losing her edge and decided that killing her was an option now. Her speed picked up and the force from her punches was now doubling each time. Elvera began to back away, barely dodging her hits and even blocked attacks caused her pain. Kudo quickly slide in, Throwing in a flowing combo of hits that seemed to unpredictable to counter. Lisa was taking his hits for a moment before she could feel his attacks growing hotter. Soon a trail of fire followed his feet and fist. Lisa smirked, realizing what would happen if she pushed him to far. "Maybe next time...Ku-do~" She whispered with a smile and a wink before vanishing into the trees.

Kudo took a deep breathing, the fire going out from his hands and feet now. His jeans were still in tack, the bottoms burned off and his shoes and socks gone from the fire. Elvera stood up, looking to where she left.Kudo seeing Elvera now blushed abit, She barly wore anything before, and what was there was now gone due to the fight. Her long silver hair was the only thing keeping her decent now. She went full red and feel to her knee's covering her self. "S-STOP LOOKING DAMMIT!" She yelled with an aggravated look. Kudo sighed heavily Looking back to the towns. "Go hide in the forest, I'll be there in a moment..." He whispered walking toward the buildings. She grunted as he walked from her. "Since when do you tell em what to do..." Although she didn't like the idea of going there alone, she walked right outside of town, sitting up in a tree and waiting for him there. "he'd better come back too....or else..." She said to her self as she waited.

Kudo was sitting with the towns leader, who was now torn between thanking and apologizing to Kudo for the mess. "Its okay Sir.. I apologize for losing my cool like that.. its very unprofessional.. And for that the job is free of charge." Kudo felt a slight crash in his head, saying something like that although he needed that money badly. "Oh no... We must pay you! You got rid of the first one, and the second one who threatened to kill us if we didn't give you to her..." Kudo looked abit confused. "You didn't give me to her though.." The Leader was abit worried now, but swallowed hard and continued. "The stones in that bag.... were special, they force your body into a paralysis.. we were amazed that you made it back here and lasted that long before going numb." The room fell into a suffocating silence. Kudo's face bared no feelings or hint of what he may be thinking. "I'll be taking the money now... and would happen to have a spare outfit and a black shirt?" He asked calmly. Elvera was looking out to see Kudo walking out of the town She jumped down before him, covering her self as best she could. He tossed her a bag, essential clothing and under clothing were inside. She smiled abit and jumped back up into the tree's to change. Kudo sighed abit and looked into the second bag that held his cash. He was just glad that he could now get a decent place to sleep now. She jumped down after getting dressed and stood before him. "Thank you....For... all of that back there.." She said looking away from him slightly. "Mmhmm.... Well I guess this is good bye... good bye.." he said walking around her. She grabbed his shoulder and pulled him back to her. "Your not getting away from me that easily... Your mine now.." She said to him. Kudo frowned abit, Looking up to the sky as the sun slowly began to set. "Why me...." he whispered to him self.
And so, the Vampire keeps the Flame to her self, determined to keep all of its warmth to its self..
