Chapter: 1
Getting back to the beginning
It was a particularly dark night as the Order sat at the kitchen table of the late Sirius Black. Harry sat at the head of table twirling his thumbs as Ginny and Tonks talked quietly, waiting the remaining members of the Order to show up. Ron, Fred, and George filed into the room quickly. Soon after, Hermione entered the room and sat down with the other members of the Order.
“Welcome,” Harry called to everyone as soon as they where seated. Everyone nodded. the meeting was short but held vital information on bringing the dark wizard Lord Voldemort down.
“Hermione may I speak with you?” Harry asked as Hermione started to get up from the table.
“Of course, Harry,” Hermione replied turning to look at him. Everyone had left the room by now and had headed to some other room in the house. “I have a request,” Harry spoke quietly.
“May I ask what it is?” Hermione laughed
“I need you to clean the library” Harry said seriously.

“Please, Hermione, just do it. Organization is the key to victory,” he smiled. “Fine, Harry,” Hermione said, walking to the library.
Hermione opened the door, and a few books spilled out into the hallway. “Oh great,” Hermione groaned as she leaned over and picked up the books.
Hermione peered into the dark room then flipped on the lights. The light illuminated the room, revealing the rows of books both lined up on the shelves and pilled on the floor. “Might as well get started,” Hermione said as she headed to a table in the middle of the library.
After hours of cleaning the library, Hermione had one last book. The book was made of black leather and had no name written on it. “HN? That's weird,” Hermione thought out loud as she picked up the book off the floor.
Hermione opened the book and discovered it was blank. She quickly flipped through the old, worn pages.
Hermione stopped at one page at what appeared to be the very center of the book. She ran her hands over the numbers that had appeared on the page.
“1945,” Hermione breathed.
Suddenly, a bright yellow light spread out from the center of the book, filling the room. Hermione started to feel dizzy.
