Talked to Nancy around 9pm and they are definitely staying now. Parts of their county are being evacuated. Nancy went out and brought in plants, and anything that can become a missile in the winds. I am going to be freaking out 'til it's passed them. If anything happens to my sister and Chapy I will literally curl up and die. And we are supposed to feel affects all the way up here Saturday. They already have flood watches and wind advisories warningws set for Saturday. We may even get tornadoes. I hate them, at least with Hurricanes you have plenty of warning and you can see them coming. With tornadoes one minute it's clear and the next POWIE!!. They already have tornadoes in New Orleans. And Ike could still strengthen before it hits. It could hit category 3 at landfall.
Well, off of this subject before I drive myself crazy with worry. I love the dobermans that came out today. They are cool. My friend Lady Chickie bought me one. Next month I will get her something.
Well , enough for now. Think I will check the marketplace one more time and then I will hit the hay. Hope I don't have any bad dreams. When I am worried about things I usually have horrible dreams.
