Invisible Children. Ever heard that before? I will give you a hint it, it has something to do with children in a different country. Bingo! It's about the children in Africa (what else is new?) and all the genocides and starvation/ poverty. Well news flash people! What about the the kids here in the U.S? Ok, yes I realize that we must be a compassionate greedy country, but if we want to take care of poverty and starvation - the homeless - start with a place closer... say your own country, maybe? So I geuss it is evident that I am talking about helping out the kiddos here. It is understandable to want to buy a kid with nothing to their name, but we got tons of 'em here! So all I am saying is (im am totally not trying to be selfish) we need to deal with the problems we have at hand here in the United States. I mean no offense to anyone that does not live there, and i would be equally grateful for the aid of other countries, but wouldn't you want to have your own government take care of you if they are capable instead? Just think... this was not intentionally meant to be offensive at all and i apologize. I do however still believe in helping others so dont think im an uncompassionate person, because i do its just this was what came to mind and I felt the need to express.
