I've been really busy and just haven't bothered with my journal.

Day Camp went really nicely. I was actually kind of sad to go. That was my last time I'll help out, since next summer I'll be somewhere else.

And then Kiri pointed out that this is our last summer together.

It made me want to cry. crying

Good news is, she got accepted to the Pittsburgh Art Institute for Culinary...or whatever it's called. She's starting in the summer. Hopefully I get into La Trobe, which means I'll also be starting in the summer.

We went to Washington and it was really awesome. I got to see my aunt and uncle, who I haven't seen in a long time. And I found out my aunt's a crazy liberal "commie" like me! Muahaha! She gave me lots of Orwell books, as well as essays by Marx and Engels--including the Communist Manifesto! Just because I told her I wanted an excuse to read it.

Sweeeeeeeeeeeet.

Alyssa also got the remake of Final Fantasy IV on the DS and I started playing it; it's awesome, as usual.

I'm going to Alicia's house soon so we can start this D&D thing.

I'm hoping my cosplay stuff comes in the mail soon.

I can't wait for Otakon otherwise!

...I really need to get working on my Mieu plushie and finish it before Otakon...less than 2 weeks to go!

I was up past 3 am on Gaia for the end of the Olympics thing. I love so many of my fellow Duremites. heart

A girl PMed me after she read my article in the Non-Fiction arena (it's doing really well in there!) and made me feel awesome.

Umm...I believe that's enough rambling from now.
