I worked this past night, as usual, at Perkins. While I was seating a woman and who I assume is her husband or at least her fiancé, she asked where our library was, which is just what we call our meeting room. I told her there were no books in it, but that I wish there were. So she asked me what I like to read, so I listed off several books I love and ones that I've read recently and ones I'm also planning on reading soon. Her husband came over and they sat down and I talked to them for a reeeeally long time (while neglecting my duties xd ) about books, journalism, totalitarianism, and Shakespeare. They were TOTALLY my kind of people. It was freaking awesome. I reeeeeeeally hope I run into them again.
Oh, and they gave me a list of books about totalitarianism to check out. They were really impressed with how much I've read, especially when I told them I was only a junior in high school. It made me feel super cool. cool
