The sight of the sun came over the hill
The wind from the trees turned the water mill
The heart of the memory that lingers in vain
This wish in eternity only brings pain
But the sun didn't falter through rain or through snow
And the heart always went where ever it had to go
Somewhere inside there was such a warm light
That would give up? No, never, something to burn through the night
A heart from disaster that woke up one day
Only to look about her and say
"Oh my. I'm home."
And holding her lover's hand, their feet began to roam
