I got my grades today.
My average is a 94, which means I'm still a part of two honor societies and on the high honor roll. My parents, though, are flipping out over my algebra grade, which isn't great at all- 71- but they should take a pill and look at the whole thing. 94 average. I see nothing wrong with that.
Yeah, I know I could do better. Still, I didn't just make it; I excelled and all my parents can say was "You're better than this. You're a smart girl- why can't you just put more effort into your work?"
