Short, brown hair fluttered in the wind as the head it was on was tipped down, gazing down apon a finishing painting. This, elegant hands held the paint-brush as they flowed across the canvas, the painting of a stream in the middle of a forest coming to life. Lidded, bright purple eyes scanned the landscape for any missed details the hands had forgotten. Apon the lithe frame the hands were connected to was an earth toned, long sleeved shirt, laced slightly at the bodice. Adorning the thin legs where earth-toned pants, at the hem crossed with a darker brown fabric. Climbing boots came up to meet the hem of the pants leg.
In back of the painting figure came out another. Princess Kurai, 13th child of the ruler of Gehena, stepped forward, her silver hair flowing into her child-like face. Her indago eyes gazed apon the slightly hunched over back. Kurai wore the usual royal clothing of Hell: a black, ruby-adorned tube-top with a studded sash, a long, black shirt with a crimson kirtle, also incrusted with rubies. On her face, she wore the traditional fabric mask over her nose and mouth, framing her large eyes.
The figure turned at Princess Kurai's appearence, a smile over lean face. "My mistress, I've missed you." Came the silky voice as the person stood up, but a few noticeable inches taller than Kurai.
"I've missed you, too...," Kurai smirked unfer her black mask. "Lyenna."
Lyenna chuckled slightly as she wrapped her arms around Kurai's waist. She removed the fabric from the girl's face, and when the simple tack was completed, kissed her sweetly on the lips. Kurai returned the kiss openly, wrapping her slender arms around Lyenna's neck. After the kiss, they held each other for a moment, replenishing the sences they'd missed of each other.
Such a warm sent... Kurai thought to herself, holdig Lyenna closer. "How I've missed you...," Tears threatened to spill as she nuzzled Lyenna's clavicle.
"Now," Lyenna said, pulling away to look into those compeling eyes. "Come with me. I've something to show you." Moving Kurai's hair out of the way, she kissed her forhead, taking her hand, and pulled her away, leaning her into the forest around them.
--xXx--
Lyenna had taken the young heir to a large tree in the forest, a tree towering over all the rest. Also, it was thicker than all the rest. Helpnig Kurai up the tree, Lyenna sat her and Kurai down on an outjutting branch and sat there, watching the sunset over the trees. Their fingures were linked together as they watched, Kurai's exitement over seeing such a beautiful sunset iminent.
"Do you like it, Princess?" Lyenna asked, wrapping her arm around Kurai when she unwound their fingures. All the girl could do was nod as she stared off into the darkening sky, thinking about how magnificent that'd been. To see the darkneing greens of the forest against the light colors of the sky and sun; it was breathtaking. Finally awoken from her stupor, Kurai looked over to Lyenna and kissed her. It was a tender, loving kiss, one that showed apreciation.
"Thank you," she whispered when she pulled away. "for everything."
