Hailey'd ended up crying herself to sleep in Roy's arms. It was obvious she hadn't slept in the cell, and was exhausted. Roy felt like going to bed himself, his emotions a wreak, but he had paperwork he needed to file..

He gently lifted Hailey up, carrying her much like she were a small child. He stood and turned for the door. Opening it he gently shifted Hailey in his arms to get a better grip as he walked down the hall of the cells.

By the time Roy made it to hall where Hailey's dorm was, she was partially awake, but she didn't talk. She sniffled a lot, and there were quite a few sobs drawn apart as he carried her. He stopped outside her door and gently sat her down on her feet, making sure she could stand. "Get some sleep...Alright?" He said as it painted him to think about it, She sobbed again and nodded reaching for her door handle to her room, but before she'd touched it, a loud meow rang out from across the hall in Olivia's room.

Hailey jumped a little as Roy gave a suspicious glare at the door. Hailey walked over and reached in her pocket, pulling out a key and unlocking the door. Both the girls had exchanged spare keys with each other to each others rooms a long time ago. As Hailey put her hand on the door knob her eyes welled with tears.

When she cracked the door open, Shima shot out and clung to her leg, meowing loudly as Roy stared. Hailey leaned down and picked Shima up, holding him close to her as she cried and rubbed against her cheek. Roy though about the 'no pet' rule, but he decided to reject it, They'd kept the kitten a secret from him well, and Hailey'd been though far to much in one day.

She looked up at Roy, fear in her eyes as he clung to Olivia's kitten. Roy let out a soft, sad chuckle as he lay his hand on her shoulder. "Don't worry...I don't mind.." He said as she hugged Shima a little closer as he purred. "Now get some sleep..." Roy said as he started to walk away. His gait was sad, and Hailey could see it.

Before going to her room, Hailey quickly stepped into Olivia's room, looking for the bag of cat food Olivia had for Shima. It pained her to look around the room, and she tried not to look at everything. Her eyes welled again and she spotted the cat food bad though blurry vision. She grabbed it quickly and walked out. When she closed the door, she locked it so no one else could get it, cause she knew Olivia wouldn't want anyone in her room.

Hailey locked her own door behind her as she walked into the small kitchen in her dorm as she took down two bowls from the cupboard and layed them down for Shima. One full of water the other with good. She watched Shima look around her room for a while, and then eat. But finally Hailey lost it and started crying again.

She curled up in her bed and buried her face in her sheets to muffle the loud sobs. Word of the three deaths obviously got out fast because there were quite a few knocks on her door thought the hour she lay there and cried, but she didn't answer the door at all. Soon though, she finally fell asleep again.

Roy had gone back to his office and sat sadly at his desk, He'd sent out a message to Al, but he'd been out, probably finding stray kittens. So Roy waited till he would have to break the news about his brother. Roy sighed an reached into his filling cabinet as he shuffled though thousands of yellow folders, all with tabs and names written on them,

He pulled out Ed's and layed it down on the desk, then Olivia's. He flipped though them sadly, he himself not even believing they were dead. He felt a tear come to his eye, but he let it fall quickly, taking a deep breath to shove the tears away.

Hours later, Everyone knew. Al had taken it pretty hard, but not as hard as Hailey. He'd cried for a ling time, but then decided he'd better help Roy with all the paper work he had backed up. Al stuck around till late, till finally Roy had enough and decided he was headed back to his dorm. He told Al goodbye and they went their separate ways down the halls.

Roy sat at his table in his dorm, sadly sipping on a glass of whiskey. He sighed sadly, thinking about all that had happened. "Things sure are... gonna be different around here...." He sighed sadly, finishing off his glass of Alcohol.
