Why do people feel the need to lable other people? Why do we feel the need to be labled? Do you really want people thinking, oh he's a thug, stay away from him? she's a goth, she's satanic don't go near her? They're punks they're only here to cause trouble? She's a stupid prep? i mean honestly, what do they do for you? Make you sound big and strong? Not weak and small? I don't think so. If your labled something, and it sticks, people are automatically going to think the worst of you,or the least from you, depending. Like Goth, for example. Most people are like oh their satanic, they worship the devil and what not. It was true... Hundreds of years ago. Now, it's said that only ythe EXTREME GOTHS do that...they dip into santanism. Now it's just a fad, wearing black, and heavy make-up with chains and big boots it's just something to make yourself look different. To be separate from the crowd. But so many minds have been clouded by the picture the media has painted of these types of people, that anyone, and i mean anyone, will start attributing things like school violence to being goth or punk. Because your different, you don't follow that straight line like everyone else. I just want to say, you don't need lables to be big and strong, or to be different. All you need to do is be yourself and not let things like the media cloud your judgement of other people, and what they wear, or how they act. Because you never know, the nicest person you could ever meet, could be a person calling themselves goth.
~ok...thats my rant for now...wow i feel so much better now ^_^~
