Whew! Boy has it been a tough year. biggrin
Well I have finally completed my 10th grade year of high school and now I'm home for about 3 months just finally being able to chill and sit back. There's so much that happened this year with school, friends, and my relationship with Corey.
Basically the second I'd come home I would do my home work and then hop on the computer to meet my lover bunny. heart He made this year fun and go by super fast.
Well, now for about my school life.
This year in 1st semester I had Spanish 1, Geometry, Foods 1, and Civics and Economics. During this semester I never ever studied for none of my tests and stuff. I guess I was still worn out from all the hard studying I did in my freshman year. xd But I passed all those four classes. I had a very hard time in Spanish 1, I hated the class at first. It was mainly hard because of ya know...a new language and all and learning it through education. It was in the way of my other classes because it was so damn hard to learn and understand. I still payed attention in class and did all my home work, I just never took my book home to study vocabulary. I passed though with a 74% on the exam.
Geometry was ok, I liked it. That class actually made me somewhat like math again. For a few year now I've hated math with a passion. xp But it was the nicest math class ever. The class was behaved, we were never bad and etc. Just perfect. But I didn't expect after getting below 80% on all my tests/quizes I would get a 82% on my Geometry exam xd I was shocked O.o
Foods 1 was great...sort of. My teacher has attitude problems like hell though. I loved learning to cook and what not. Easy class, not a class you would need to study for because it's so easy. Once my teacher yelled at me and almost made me cry in front of the whole class because I wasn't kneeding the dough right O.o or w/e. I hate her. xP
Civics was cool. My teacher ROCKED! I hated the class subject though. I twas boring. I would fall asleep in there everyday because I'd stay up passed 12 a.m just talking to my lover poo. xd Lucky me, I passed with a 74% on the exam.
Well after all that I had to switch into my second semester. ^.^ My classes then were: Spanish 2, Art 1, English 2, and Biology.
Remember when I said I hated Spanish class? Well that changed fast once I got into Spanish 2. I understood more than what I thought I did. O.o It was easier and everything in part 2. It was amazing. smile Now that was my favorite class. I actually picked up my study habits up again biggrin for all my classes, not just Spanish. My teacher is an awesome guy. I'll never forget him! He incouraged me to keep up my good work. I still had trouble sometimes with Spanish, but not that much. I passed with a 85% ^.^ woot!
I loved English 2 ^^ another favorite class. My class mates were assholes and rude and annoying and horrible -.- but I loved mt teacher and the subject. All her assignments were awesome and fun. I only hated one book we read and that was Things Fall Apart. I actually wouldn't pay attention it too it, I'd just fall asleep in secret >.> I loved reading Night though. That was a great book and it made me cry It was about this little boy who was caught up in WWII when Hitler was being a p***s.
Art class was awesome! I even joined Art club..which was rather..boring because I never got a chance to attend the field tripos and stuff cause of my mom's lame work hours and crap. sad But it was great. My teacher was very nice, never yells and stuff. He even got awarded teacher of the month smile I met three new friends and made some wonderful art work I got to take home and will soon store away safely ^.^ That was an exciting class, never boring! Always fun and joy for all. I better have him as my teacher for Art 2, 3, and 4. xd I hate the other Art teacher. She's ugly and annoying xP I passed this class with a A. I haven't gotten my final grades yet for these classes, but I know I only missed one question on the Art exam ^.^
Then..the worst class EVER! Biology. -barfs- I didn't mind the class...it was the teacher. stare She was a b***h. She would come into class with an attitude form hell! For no reason O.o No one ever wanted to do her dang work. She gave way too much home work, I did a good portion of it but never all of it. I never passed not one test nor quiz in her class because she would tell us to go home and study for our quiz the next day, but she wouldn't tell us what the quiz is on so we know what to study. Or she would tell us what to study for it..but then trick us and give us a quiz on something else. O.o I kept an 80% and above most of the semester due to always doing all assigned work. But then I failed the benchmark with a 30% and my grade dropped to a 38% and I most likely failed her exam too -.- Although it was easy...but I probably answered them incorrectly because I second guess too much. This will be the first time I failed a class
Well that's my school year. ^.^ And I can't wait for 11th grade >.>
Edit: It has been confirmed..that I passed to 10th grade for sure and I even passed Biology! I got a 71% on the exam. xd Funny how the exam was easyer than all my teacher's tests/quizes. >.>
