As what my previous journal entry says. My Wed to Darkness went missing. Just like many others have been experiencing disappearing items from their inventory.
The day it went missing I was planning on selling it. I never got the chance to put it in the vend because it disappeared from my inventory before I headed to the Sell An Item page.
Before noticing that missing items was happening to more than just me I decided to report a hacking. I finally received a reply yesterday from an admin telling me that I sold my item. That's it.
Supposedly I sold it right before I sold my Panda Slippers, according to my Store Log. I know that this is incorrect. I still had all my MP PMs from that time period and none were related to my Wed to Darkness. I never received the gold from the MP from selling this item. So I checked my trades and there are no trades from anyone I don't know.
My item somehow puts itself in the MP and sells w/o giving me the gold it was sold for. Again ... I wasn't hacked. My account is clean.
I decided to contact an Omni Mod about this because now I don't know where to turn. She said she had time to help me so I told her my problem. The she reads the PM and decides not to reply and ignores my problem.
I honestly am shocked and disappointed at how no one is bothering to acknowledge the missing items around the site, and no one is willing to help me figure out what happened with my item/gold. Its been nearly two weeks. So people need to stop telling me to wait 24-48 hours.
If I am just stupid, and I did receive my gold, than at least show me proof because from everything I've gathered from my account. I didn't receive crap!
