Winemaker's Diary: Day 4
Not much has changed. The mixture (must?) still fermenting beautifully. The peels and other solids have moved higher up in the container. Probably more liquid being extracted. Perhaps the solids are now less dense than the liquids? That would make sense. After all, a grape is mostly liquid.
