I've begun the plrocess! I have used some of the grapes from my grandparents' grapevines to begin making wine! I crushed the grapes, used hot water to extract the flavor, stirred in the sugar, waited several hours for the mixture to cool to room temperature, added lime juice and yeast, covered the container, and set it in the porch to ferment! In a few days, it'll be ready to strain and put into the secondary fermentation vessel! Judging from how many bubbles there are, I can only surmise it is fermenting beautifully!
