Where is she?...
He sat at his kitchen table staring out the window.
The sun had just dissapeared behind the tall trees.
His fingers cracked because his hands were clenched so tight under his chin.
His eyes wandered around the room.
He caught sight of a picture of him with her at the beach.
Smiling...
Laughing...
He glanced towards his watch.
Exactly two hours late.
Fed up with waiting, he grabbed his jacket and headed to her house.
Maybe she's caught up with her parents, he thought.
Her front door was wide open.
No cars, no lights on.
Hesitently, he opened the door and called her name.
No answer.
The house was dark and gloomy.
As he reached her room, he noticed a note taped to the handle.
Curious, he took it and opened it.
He read the words aloud,

"I know that he knows i'm unfaithful,
and it kills him inside.
To know that I am happy with some other guy,
I can see him dying...

I don't want to do this anymore,
I don't want to be the reason why.
Everytime I walk out the door,
I see him die a little more inside.
I don't want to hurt him anymore,
I don't want to take away his life,
I don't want to be a murderer..."

Terrified, he knocked on her door.
No answer.
He pressed his ear to the door to hear her radio.
She never leaves it on...
He knocked and called her name.
Still no answer.
Annoyed, he turned the handle.
It was locked.
He tried to kick the door open with his foot.
It wouldn't budge.
Fed up, he backed up and body checked it and flew into her room falling on his knees, hitting an over turned chair...
On the carpet in front of him...was a puddle of blood...
Slowley, he looked up to see her hanging from the celing.
Dead.
A cry escaped his lips as he covered his mouth in horror.
Blood seeped from her open mouth and dripped next to his hand.
Her body swung slowley side to side.
He turned his head to keep from puking...
But on her bed layed a boy...
A boy that was blindfolded and was tied to the bed without any pants.
A thick layer of blood covered the entire area.
His throat had been cut.
His horror and anger raged through him.
Maybe this is all just a dream...a sick sick dream,he thought.
Maybe i'm going crazy...
He curled up in a tight ball and slept.
Hopeing he would wake up from the nightmare...
