JURY DUTY

I wouldn't say that was unfortunate. It was an interesting experience in my opinion. The jury room was comfortable and I got to sit and do a puzzle and watch animal planet. They even had a food court there.

And I saw a chain gang. Now come on, not very many people get to see that up close unless they are in the goddamn chain gang.

And I got to be in court without being the defendent. That was kewl. I didn't get picked but I did get to do somethign out of the ordinary in my book. I'm one of those weird people who enjoy those experiences so. I sometimes like shows like law and order and judge judy, so I wouldn't have minded if I got picked.

POOR KITTENS

Now I don't understand what kind of a sick twisted ******** will turn around and leave five extremely young kittens to starve by a bowling alley. Just flat out abandon them. It disgusts me to think someoen would do something so horrible.

Basically on Friday night someone left five adorable yet crying, hungry kittens by the bowl. Luckily it was by a bowling alley and I guess one of the mechanics found them. We tried to give them food and I held them a bit. They were so small and so precious, I almost cried about them being left there. they were so helpless.

Now everyone who knows me knows I love cats. yes, I am a fox at heart, but I do enjoy the presence of felines. they are so cute and fluffy and so layed back. For me to see someone hurt a cat pisses me off.

luckily one of the girls at my work took them home to look after them until they get a bit older and she'll find them some homes.

TONIGHT

...sucked a**. Well, it was me and the new guy.

Keep in mind the new guy i work with has a bad attitude and has a tendency to think he does everyones job better than they do. He is cool to talk to, but not to work with.

So it was sunday, one of our busiest nights in the snack bar. The people in the sunday league eat like it's the last day they will be able to eat. So I am cooking and the new guy is at register. Everything is ok until i find out that for the one of the leagues I had to make six ******** pizzas. So on top of all the orders from the Sunday Wonders I had to make six ******** pizzas. So most people in the league were waiting an hour for there food becuase I had to dropp everythign to make sure the pizza got done. I was pissed off becuase we didnt' have a third party member to go in the back and make the pizzas so I could cook the food for the league. Then mister attitude decides to get 'tude with me because I asked him to use gloves. He said he was messing up becuase I told him to use gloves. I get very pissed off at this point. I also got pissed becuase customers were complaining about hte wait. Then when the league is done. I take a break. When I come back, they start to order again. I am still pissed off about the league because I felt bad for not get the orders done in a timely manner. So I am once again cooking for the open late night bowlers. When I go to flip the hamburger, mister attitude starts to tell me that he wants to make the burger because I am taking to long. Keep in mind, it wasn't on for long. He implies that It's my fault the food is late, when it wasn't even late. He was basically telling me I was doing my job wrong when he had only been there less than a week. I get pissed and slam the spatula down and go to the back.

Now I have a really hard time keepign my cool back there. I try really hard to control my temper when I get stressed out. It takes a couple people to get me to take a breath and calm down. mr. attitude was pushing my buttions. i wanted to walk out and get away from him but I knew that would be crossing the line. I need to keep my job. I was really pissed. The MOD that was on duty has had it with him as well. She said that he was giving her s**t too. One of the mechanics also sees his problem as well. But yeah, tonight sucked a** and I almost ******** cried becuase I have never had that bad of a night since I started working there.
