Poor little baby-sitter,
never saw it coming.
The presents fell on top of her as the children came-a-running.
She tangled up in the wired mess
of christmas tree lights a-blinkin'
while the children ran and laughed and played,
unaware of what she was thinkin'.
"This is the worst X-mas ever!" She yelled above them all,
when right onto her there came a ball.
The ball was swift,
the ball was fast,
the ball knocked her out
right as it passed.
The small doctor,
no taller than a fruitcake,
brought her to his office,
and declared her wound was merely a head ache.
"This is the worst X-mas by far."
She mumbled, rubbing her head.
"I didn't get anything, either! Not even get a single X-mas card!"
