Cassandra Lockheart, what is it about her that caught my eye.... Even in the heat of battle the only thing i could think about was her. Even when things seemed impossible all i could do was push myself to the limit just to see her one more time. Just to tell her what was so hard for me to say.... But now its too late. Things have gone too far and i am in too deep. But before i can tell you that i have to start from the beginning.
People have always considered me a scary guy. I can't blame them really. I mean with the receding hair line, scars, and bags under my eyes i don't look my age, add in my cold glare that is natural to me and my bad guy look it brings on a intimidating air. So when i was walking through the bar to get my first drink of the night, the people around me where keeping their space. I was still wearing my shaded glasses even though it had gotten dark but that was mostly since i was rather depressed and pissed at time. When I arrived at the bar table the bartender gave me a strange look, I gave it not attention since it wasn't really a unusual thing. I ordered a salty dog, my favorite drink due to the harsh taste and good kick, and sat at the table to enjoy. It didn't take long before John Peire arrived. He sat next to me a ordered a strong ale, now let me tell you something about this guy. John is a amazing swordsman but a big time drunk, loves the women too much but knows when its time to get to work. He is slick and charming, just too cocky in my opinion at least. So when he chugged that first drink i could tell something was on his mind. So i took a good swig of mine own and asked "Whats the job?" He took a moment to answer before he said, "To assassinate the big guy" he then gave a casual glance across the bar. I looked over to see the guy wasn't hard to spot, at least 7 feet tall with the body of some sort statue. to be continued....
