Abilities:
Virgil is a telepath. That is to say, he has powers of the mind, limited to mind-reading and telekinesis. Interestingly, though, he can only manifest these powers when asleep or unconscious. Because of this, he has no control over his telekinesis, and his mind-reading only comes as snippets of concepts, not coherent thoughts. He may wake up with a vague inkling of something that went through someone else's mind, but dismiss it as part of a fading dream. If dreaming, his telekinetic powers run rampant, usually causing no real harm so long as the dream is pleasant. When terrified, Virgil fears sleep, because he knows it will cause major harm to the people and area around him if he experiences a nightmare.

Weaknesses:
Virgil is easily frightened, and highly paranoid of everyone and everything around him. He was once taken to a doctor that expressed great interest in his "condition," running endless tests on the then-child and attempting to find ways to incite nightmarish reactions in any way possible. His greatest fear is that everyone around him is just as bad as that.
He likes to think that he's a good and selfless person, but if pushed, he wouldn't think twice about leaving a person to die if it means his own safety.
Virgil is a bit of an introvert. He doesn't really connect with people often because he doesn't often allow himself to. Understandably, he's not usually very trusting of other people unless they've already spent a lot of time together.
