Eep, I haven't been here for aaaaages... you can see from my avatar that I haven't been here much at all... *is poor* crying xd
Anyway, I'd just like to wish you a very Merry Christmas!!!
Pressies... I gotsed a lovely blue boxed set!!! whee so, you're in for some trouble methinks, I'll be toting it around to parties for years to come, or at least months. And a lot of mascara among other things. xp 'High impact mascara' and ultimate black mascara. My mum's idea of a joke, no doubt. I think at midnight shopping the other night, she suddenly recognised a pattern in how I've looked this year. sweatdrop
Mum and dad liked the drawing I gave them, Chris loved his 'Fran Ferdinan' CD I got him (blanked out some letters... bit of an in-joke taken from someone's avatar on outpostgallifrey), it's a lazy day, and it's all good. V. relaxed over here! Although I won't be once I start watching those DVDs... whee whee whee
Sooo, how are things?

Doing the victory lap of my journals, but I'm too lazy for all this typing! so come on down to south-wind.deviantart.com to see why - lookie at the journaly. waait... I've tried it a few times... WHY WON'T HTML WORK HERE???!! scream It kept stuffing up the link! Grrr!
Also, there's someone I'd like you to meet! xd introducing.....
*drumroll*
Gesshoku Aurora! (G.S. Northwind x Gesshoku Celestial), the only foal by the stud's head stallion and possibly the greatest mare ever bred, her last foal; a colt who is exactly what the oldest and most renowned keeper stud of all has been trying to produce for the last thousand years. With the superior length of neck, stamina and movement of his mother's lines, never before seen in a stallion save one, and his sire's speed and jumping prowess, and both their world championship-winning looks... he's perfect. He's the spitting image of the founding father of the modern breed, Gesshoku. He has the potential to go to the top of every discipline that an amphibious horse whose mane and tail turn to water when he's under pressure could possibly participate in. He'd revolutionise keeper horse breeding the world over. He's worth millions. Offers of millons were refused when he was a weanling. There's only one catch...
no-one can ride him.
This is the best picture so far, better ones eventually. Bleh, this drawing's starting to date already.
I know, I'm strange. xp whee Yay!

Oh yeah, I got 96% in that maths test biggrin the glory's kinda worn off now though... back to the eternal meh. Do you know what my dad said to me last night? 'You're either cooking, cleaning or working! Take your pick out of those three.' And he meant that in all seriousness... Geez! WTF???!! And no, I'm not allowed to have a holiday. 'That's all over now, the world doesn't work that way, there's no such thing as a holiday.' And drawing is the ultimate sin, of course. Stop wasting time! Stop doodling! Gah! gonk I'm almost considering becoming a teacher out of spite - plenty of holidays! blaugh
(I wrote that bit last night, here's today's entry...)
I've just finished that community service thingy that I was whinging about at the end of last year - I've been working at Ronald McDonald House for the last 3 days. Been constantly arguing with my dad, meh. Blah. Going to the ballet tonight for my mum's birthday, just me and her, they could only get 2 tickets. Going out tomorrow night with the whole family. Got screamed at for trying to draw a picture for mum's b'day. Have heaps of work to do... not allowed to have a holiday, oh no precious... stare

Heh. heh. Charlotte gave me her *special compilation* CD, which includes among many other worthy songs Shiny Happy People. Foolishly I tried to use it to counteract the negative psychological effects of having to do 4 big exercises from the textbook for maths homework tonight.
On that note, I locked myself in my room all weekend to study for my latest maths test, and I think I did alright this time. We're aiming for 30 - 40 % higher than the last result, anyway. fingers crossed. ...that means 80 to 90 % for your information, lol
Anyway... so I listened to the hippie brainwashing song on repeat for about 3 hours non-stop... you can imagine the state I'm in at the moment! xd whee
After completely cracking up, jetlagged, feeling like I'm still moving like I'm on the plane, and crying with insane laughter having Bohemian Rhapsody screaming from side to side in my head, I should know better than to do things like this. She never learns. wink

Ooh! I'd always thought of the time as the time it took to go the long way round... heeeeeey, if I started earlier and took short cuts... ...I might be able to have my two favourite cakes and eat them too, alternately! whee
Bwahaha! I have the most wicked plot. And this is a short-term goal for once. Hmmm... must find out more.... ninja *goes off to do so*

Meh... I've officially failed my first maths test. cry Oh well, I guess it can't get any worse - I can only go up from here. School computers are eevil - gaia's blocked... my computer's evil - it hardly ever works either. That explains my absence. It's probably better that you didn't hear from me last week though sweatdrop , I was really grumpy and angry at EVERYTHING. My journal on da has entries if you're interested... but they're full of ranting, so probably not...
I dropped biology though, so a bit of the pressure from school's off now, but in some ways there's more pressure - I can't fail maths because it's going to be counted to my UAI now... gonk And yeah... my journal on dA is the only thing I can update because of the axis of evil computers... and homework and the like...
how I feel: (easist way to explain) cry stare 3nodding eek wink sad xd cry sweatdrop crying xp (all in the course of an hour)...
blah.
PS - Alisa, I'm no longer jetlagged or sick as I have been for the past few weeks, so expect me to pop up randomly somewhere... smile
