OK, recently I have taken a liking to making avatars for different movies and plays! I decided I am going to post them, so this one is Romeo and Juliet, when they first meet each other at the Capulets' masquerade ball! smile



I tried to make a color distinction, so I made the Capulets blue and the Montagues red...and I don't know if that's right but oh well. biggrin

If you don't understand why EVERYONE should be a pirate, then look up the Flying Spaghetti Monster, and you'll find a whole religion based on it that started out as more of a joke but turned into a quite popular religion! They found that the DECREASING # OF PIRATES is DIRECTLY LINKED to GLOBAL WARMING!!!!!!!! So the best way to stop global warming is to DEFY THE LAW AND GET YER BUCCANEER FACE ON!!!! YAAAAAAAAAAAR!!!!!! pirate

Yo Ho Yo Ho a Pirate's Life for Me!!!!!
I love pirates, I live for pirates, and I want to be a pirate for all of eternity!!!!! ...As of yesterday afternoon. Here's a poem I wrote ON THE SPUR OF THE MOMENT, LIKE RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!! about pirates!!! pirate

Pirates are bad,
But pillaging's fun,
And plundering's rad
For everyone!!!

Patches and pegs,
And colorful birds,
Get on your sea-legs
And heed me words!

Pirates are awful,
But terribly clever,
Absolutely unlawful,
They surrender--NEVER!

Ye'd put me in fetters!
Ye'd cut me no slack!
If yer so much better,
PREPARE FOR ATTACK!

Woot woot for pirates!! pirate I know the poem is terribly needy for edits, but I came up with it in like 2 minutes! Cut me some slack, will ya! YAAAAR!

These are two avatars that I made for a story that I have been working on for almost a month...I really think the story is going to turn out good. Way better than anything else I've written. The girl's name is Stella Tawny and the boy doesn't ever really have a name, and he changes his nickname to avoid being tracked. Currently his nickname is Racer, but it will change to Strut.
Stella has never known freedom, and has always been concealed from the truth about life. She is metaphorically behind bars--everything is always technical, and there is no such thing as creativity or free thinking. She loves to draw, however, and nothing the government says or does can stop her from being nonconformist. But she is always fighting and has little time to follow her dreams. Racer is fast, strong, nifty with mechanics, and considered a vigilante, fighting against the government, for the people. He gets in big trouble, as does Stella, and together they fight to stop society from crumbling under the weight of the tyrannical government......

Here is Stella, with her brush, sketchbook, and sword on her back, ready to fight at a moment's notice:


And here is Racer, brave and bold and ready to go, fighting with one hand and fixing with the other:



Can't wait until my story is finished!!! Just gotta get there...

This is a depressing poem I thought up when I was putting black lace on my windows one rainy evening....not everything I write is this sad but I thought I'd give it a shot....
{NOTE: I AM NOT A CUTTER!!!!!!! NOR AM I EMO!!!!!! ...nor am I or was I going to be married....I just wanted to try this type of poem out....}

I live in a world of hatred and fears,
Of death and destruction and crocodile tears.
And I never thought it would turn out like this:
But I see now I'm doomed to eternal abyss.
You were my one and my only desire,
But now you have proven you're naught but a liar.
I once thought for sure that you'd make me contented,
But up at the altar you never consented....
You took off your ring and you took out my heart,
And right then and there we were torn apart.
Now I am chained to my desolate life--
Sometimes I think I should pick up my knife....
I'm destined to live filled with thoughts about dying
And how you abandoned me, helpless and crying.
