Ah yes, yet another Superb Idea entered my mind. xd And here I shall document it.
My friend (She Who Must Not Be Named) and I found a penny on the floor. Delighted, we proceeded to spin it on the table for the next half hour or so, convinced that we would be blessed with good luck if the aforementioned penny spun for more than, say, 15 seconds. Amidst my cries of "You're pathetic! Damn you all! Damn you all to hell!" I was struck by sudden inspiration.
Oh yes.
MONEY! Different shaped money, all pretty. Pennies that were, well, round. Five pences that were triangular. Ten pences that were square, and so on and so forth.
And not only that...what if money was made so that it made a big noise if you dropped it? Oh yes indeedy. Two pound and one pound pieces would go clunk, fifty pence pieces would rattle and other coins would make a sort of sound like breaking glass. It would make life so much easier for people who often drop their money. No longer would you have to go to all the effort of picking up low-value change! It would be possible to tell coins apart simply by their sounds. Brilliant.
Then I realised that my idea was stupid. However I shall hang on to it. It'll be something to put in a manifesto if I try to rule the country one day.
